Do I need to be home when you come?
No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have safe access to your property, we can complete the job while you’re out. We’ll send you before and after photos once the work is done so you have a full record of what was completed.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment is due on completion of the job. For strata, property
managers and schools we can arrange invoicing to suit your accounts process.
Can I get a roof report?
Yes, absolutely. We can provide a detailed roof and gutter report with photos during your service.
This is great for landlords, property managers and strata committees who need documentation for
their records or insurance purposes.
How often should I clean my gutters?
We recommend cleaning your gutters at least once a year, or twice a year if your property is
surrounded by trees. In bushfire-prone areas, it’s especially important to have gutters cleared
before summer to reduce fire risk.
Do you offer regular maintenance schedules?
Yes. We can set up a regular maintenance schedule so you never have to think about it. This is
